At Squares Hardware, we stand behind the quality of our home improvement tools and supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the hardware in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
